Refund policy
Return Policy:
At Permo, we currently do not accept returns. However, we do offer an exchange within 48 hours of receipt, in case the product received is damaged. We are committed to providing you with premium products, and in the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, we are here to make it right.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchange is only applicable for damaged products received.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, with all the original packaging and accessories. Also please make sure that in case of clothing all tags must be intact to ensure eligibility of return.
- The product should be unused/unworn.
- Any signs of use, wear, or removal of tags may disqualify the product for exchange.
Initiating an Exchange:
If you believe you have received a damaged product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team via an email at support@permo.in within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Provide clear pictures of the damaged product, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Our support team will then assess your request and guide you through the exchange process.
Exchange Process:
- Once the exchange request is approved, customers will be provided with instructions on returning the damaged item.
- Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and its costs.
- The item is to be securely packaged for return to prevent any further damage during transit.
Verification and Approval:
- Our team will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- Upon verification, the exchange will be processed, and a replacement item will be shipped.
Refund Policy:
As we do not accept returns, refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases where a replacement item is unavailable. Refund will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the product.
